A portable pulse oximeter is a device that clips onto your finger and reads your heart rate as well as the percent of oxygen in your blood.

The Areta finger pulse oximeter comes with instructions, the finger pulse oximeter, aaa batteries,a lanyard and a carrying case all in the little blue box.
The oximeter is easy to use all you have to do is press the blue button and wait for the screen to show up and insert your finger and wait for the results to show on the screen. If you hold the blue button the setting screen will show up.

While waitin for your results you can press the blue button and it will show the reading different ways.(pictured below)

A pulse oximeter will also record your heart rate. Normal heart rates are as follows, depicted in beats per minute (bpm):

Elderly Person (75+): Normal - 90

Adult: Normal - 60-80 / Rapid - 100+ / Slow - below 60

Adolescent: Normal - 60-105 / Rapid - 105+ / Slow - below 50

Child (5-12 years): Normal - 60-120 / Rapid - 120+ / Slow - below 60

Child (1-5 years): Normal - 80-150 / Rapid - 150+ / Slow below 80

Infant: Normal - 120-150 / Rapid - 150+ / Slow - below 120

Having a monitor on hand can be convenient when exercising as well.  You want to be sure that when you work out, you're keeping a health heart rate.

So I would say over all this product is amazing and helps  youmake sure your healthy it works perfectly.

Water Speakers!

So its been awhile! Over the last week I had the chance to yes out .  This amazing water speakers are awesome. They come with 3 cords: 1. Is to plug the speakers together. 2 is to plug into your phone  or computer 3 is a USBcord which you con plug into a computer or wall charger piece. In the video it will show how the water dances to the beat. I love how loud this speakers are and how pretty it is when the lights dance on the ceiling. Overall I will give these speakers a 5/5 because they work and a fantastically loud. The only con is that they have to be plugged in all the time. There is also a little feedback otherwise there was no other problems. You can purchase these lovely speakers from Amazon. I really love this tiara. It is made out of a sturdy metal. It was easy to put over my curly hair. It looks great in photos because it definitely sparkles. The tiara shipped in a timely manner.
